This is one of the the best ways I know to get that first idea. It works because free word association puts words in combinations that you might never have thought of on your own.

So have a play, and if you need a word that isn't there, just hold down SHIFT and click once on the board. Then you can type the word you want and move it around like the others.

Easy as that!
